This position is for an AC/DC Electric motor technician

5+ years of experience in industrial repair, heavy equipment, electromechanical, railroad, and related fields are desired. We will train a qualified applicant.

The position involves disassembly, testing, repairing, and reassembly of electric motors and equipment.

MUST HAVE A COMPLETE SET OF TOOLS

Overtime is required

The rate of pay is dependent on experience and ability.

This position will require you to run a variety of machines in tight tolerances.

Machines such as conventional milling machines, lathes, drills will need to be used in a job shop environment.

The position will also be responsible for reading and interpreting drawings and specifications and setting up and repairing equipment.

Babbitting sleeve bearings experience a plus.

Additional duties may be assigned as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.

Starting pay $38 per hour, plus sign on bonus.
